What we collect

We collect information you give us directly. When you complete the enquiry form on our site, that means:

• The type of business you selected
• The goal you selected
• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your business name
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it
• Anything you write in the optional message field

The form is presented across several steps, but nothing is submitted to us until you press the send button on the final step. If you close the page partway through, we do not receive what you had entered.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors, and we do not collect information about you in the background as you browse.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call or text you back, prepare a plan, and work out whether we are a good fit. We do not use form submissions for any unrelated purpose.

Who we share it with

Two service providers necessarily handle data in the course of running the site:

• Web3Forms processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in transit.
• Hostinger hosts this website and, like essentially all web hosts, keeps standard server access logs which may include IP addresses.

This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Serving fonts this way means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which can expose your IP address to Google.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email and business records for as long as we may reasonably need them for our working relationship or for ordinary business and tax record-keeping. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it. Email partner@marketnashville.com and we will handle it. No form to fill in, no cost.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Tennessee Information Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR. We will honour valid requests under those laws regardless of whether they strictly apply to us.
